Pure Luxury and Serenity - our events at Borgo Santo Pietro

The place where a wedding planner takes her clients reflects somehow the personality of the wedding agency if not the personality of the wedding planner self. Nestled amidst the picturesque Tuscan countryside, Borgo Santo Pietro is a haven of tranquility and elegance that I found so close to my vision.

In this post, I will tell you about my experience as an event planner and designer in this exquisite five-star boutique hotel.

The reason why I chose Borgo Santo Pietro for several events is that it offers not only an unforgettable stay for clients but also the perfect setting to create something exceptional. Impeccable service, breathtaking surroundings, and a touch of magic create extraordinary experiences. At the same time, the elegant Tuscanity of the Borgo reflects my style as event designer.

Imagine exchanging vows in a fairytale-like setting surrounded by lush gardens, fragrant flowers, and historic architecture. An idyllic backdrop for a dream wedding and not only! In fact, my team and I have organized elopements, marriage proposals, and even an elegant birthday party in this perfect place!

Of all the romantic corners this place has to offer, I particularly like this vault you can see in the picture below because is something unique. A cozy and elegant place perfect to exchange vows and declaring your love to your other half. The vault forms a perfect backdrop for a ceremony and something different from the usual arch. At the same time is perfectly clear that your wedding is in Tuscany thanks to the beautiful and iconic cypresses being part of the frame of the vault.

Every moment of the wedding day was just perfect, starting from getting ready in one of the stunning suites of the borgo to the ceremony with the sound of the water flowing from the fountains and the harpist delicately accompanying the important moments of the celebration.

The Michelin-starred restaurant created culinary masterpieces, tantalizing the taste buds of guests and ensuring a gourmet dining experience that complemented the magical atmosphere. And the cake-cutting moment was emotional and incredibly beautiful with the couple framed under the crystal chandelier.

The vault is just one of the places I love. Another of my favorite places is the little island in the midst of the gardens. So romantic… for me it was a natural choice to organize marriage proposals in this romantic, cozy corner. A little bit farther from the main building to avoid any people nearby, intimate, quiet… a perfect combination of elements to make a marriage proposal a unique moment in your life. The walk leading to the island is already one of the most romantic I have ever seen.

The small island can be used for elopements also and for an event designer like me, it’s wonderful to shape it and create different setups with different flowers and decorations!

The last experience I’d like to share in this blog post today is the birthday party I organized at Borgo Santo Pietro. This time using…the garden suite!
